Thank you for visiting the website of the largest and fastest growing grassroots women's organization in the Great State of Florida!
The FFRW has a long, proud and distinguished history of grassroots activism and GOP leadership that spans decades. We count among our membership empowered women leaders, Florida State Senators and Representatives, elected officials at every level of government, and the Co-Chair of the Republican National Committee, Sharon Day.
We worked tirelessly in 2010 to help two wonderful ladies shatter the glass ceiling:
Our members were also instrumental in
-
electing Marco Rubio to the US Senate,
-
electing Rick Scott as Florida’s “Lets Get to Work” Governor,
-
electing Jeff Atwater as Florida’s CFO,
-
electing Adam Putnam as Florida’s Agriculture Commissioner,
-
helping elect NEW GOP Congressman, including Allen West, Sandy Adams, Dan Webster and Steve Southerland and
-
helping retain many GOP Congressional seats.
Our 2012 spotlight will now be focused on the November election, building upon our enormous success in 2010, one county at a time, one race at a time, uniting women along the way. Recognized nationally for our activism on behalf of the ticket, our outreach has landed us on Fox News, CNN, and hundreds of other media outlets.
The achievements of our talented FFRW members include included technology, campaign management, leadership and the education and promotion of women candidates for office, while putting forth a grassroots organization that ensured we increased GOP seats at every level.
In 2012, we are moving well beyond these previous accomplishments with the Florida Women's D.C. Project, launched at our Biennial Convention, to bring together women from all party affiliations who wish to make Obama a one-term president. CLICK HERE FOR DETAILS
Please join us, and participate in our efforts to achieve even better results in 2012 and win back the US Senate and the White House!
